The push token is not a personal identifier on its own; it is a device-scoped value that lets Apple/Google route notifications to your install of Facet. You can revoke it at any time by turning off notifications in the Facet app or in your device settings.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
You can permanently delete your Facet account and all associated data at any time from inside the mobile app: open Settings and tap Delete account. This removes your email, birth details, daily readings, feedback, push notification token, and authentication tokens from our systems. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app, contact us from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
