The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aura Child LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Facet” and the Facet logo are trademarks of Aura Child LLC.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Facet's readings are intended for personal reflection and entertainment — they are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise).
In no event shall Aura Child LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
